Vera's spark for acting started at a very young age. She began with school theatre and quickly began taking on larger roles in her community theatre groups, eventually getting her first role as a professional actor in the stage production of The Effects of Gamma Rays on Man-In-The-Moon-Merrigolds as Tillie. In high school, she became speach and debate captain and went on to win her state competition in drama. She soon took on an internship with the Vermont Shakespeare Company and began her studies with Stella Adler workshops. Later, Vera went on to study theatre in college a long side her Bachelors in Psychology, specializing in the Meisner technique. Once in LA, she continued her studies of Meisner at Baron Brown and LOLA's Acting School. Today, she has pivoted towards film and tv, but will always remember and hope to return to her roots in theatre.
